  2. yes it did, probably because lineup is so poor there's no demand, saying that i'm still going. Also not wishing to moan but what's this booking fee nonsense per ticket £5 full £2 saturday & £2 camping + £5 recorded delivery adding £14 to the cost. Surely the booking fee should be per transaction? A rip off. I reckon someone's making money from us for doing very little. Grrrrrrrrrrr!

  3. The online booking has worked well for me in the last two years but the booking fees and postage fees do feel like a rip-off and remind me of all the additional arbitrary charges that some budget airlines add to their base fares. It's a pity that the EU does not see fit to outlaw booking fees (especially when no alternative payment mechanism is offered) or seriously cap them and also a pity that the organizers did not manage to find a better value ticket agent so far. Too bad that the likes of PayPal don't get into ticketing and drive some of these rip-off ticket agencies out of business altogether. Is there even a need for printed tickets to be posted out? Surely all that is required is to make a payment via PayPal and for your name and address details to be held in a register of people who have paid and are attending - then just take along photo ID and proof of address to the event, to collect your wristband.

  4. Or, like Shrewsbury, simply print off your booking confirmation and take it along with you. No online booking fees, no postage, just the ticket prices stated. Booking fees per ticket are a complete rip off. It costs no more to process an order for 1 than it does an order for 4, so why 4 times the fee?
